If you have not answered a check-in email for a period of two weeks; nor did you contact us to tell us of an extended online absence, we will send a inquiry form to the person, or persons, you designated for us to contact in this situation.

Below is a sample Inquiry letter that you could expect us to send in the case of you being unreachable.

Sample Inquiry Letter

Dear:(Contact Name)

I am writing in regards to one, (Client Name). He has entered into a contract with us to pass on certain information to various people in the event of his death or permanent incapicitation. We regularly contact him to ensure this contract does not need to be fulfilled. Recently however, he has not been responding to our emails. When this occurs we must contact his designated person to confirm his health condition. If he is fine and there has been no death or injury please ask him to contact us as soon as possible: After we receive your confirmation we will cease our efforts to contact him until our next scheduled check-in time. In the event of his death or permanent incapicitation please accept our sincerest condolences and sympathies. When you feel you are ready, please contact us so that we can forward his final messages to you. Please note that this service is entirely free for you; there are absolutely no costs or obligations.
